Overview

Each bedroom has air conditioning and on one level. The villa stands on a hillside with lovely sea views. It is on the outskirts of village of Tsada, well known for the golf course which is 2.5km from the villa. The beach at Latchi is a short drive away.

Entering the comfortable, open plan villa is the sitting room area with a sofa and armchairs, coffee tables, satellitte television, video and radio. The dining table and four chairs is in a special dining area. Doors from the sitting area lead onto the lovely pool and wide terrace where there is a table, chairs and sunloungers. This is a real sunspot and such lovely views.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, iron and board. There is also a utility room for the washing machine.

The master bedroom has a large king size bed. Doors from the bedroom lead onto the terrace. The other bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and wc. The linen is provided but not the beach or pool towels.

The traditional village of Tsada has a village square with mini market, a small taverna and several coffee shops. One taverna in the village cooks fantastic kleftico ! At Kathikas Village which is about 8km away there are several tavernas and at the village of Stroumbi which is not too far away.
