Overview

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden, and there is a large 14.5m x 4.5m swimming pool on an elevated terrace which guests have sole use of. There are sun loungers around the pool and a table and chairs where guests may enjoy a meal. A barbecue is provided.

The sitting room is open plan and furnished with a sofa and armchairs, coffee table, CD player and TV with DVD player and video. During the winter one can relax by the cosy open fire. Glass doors from the sitting area lead to a lovely verandah with a table and chairs and spectacular views towards the sea.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board.

The bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and there is a separate shower room with power shower.

The villa is on the edge of the village of Tsada, about 15-20 minutes from the large port town of Paphos. Tsada is a quiet village, but does have a village shop, taverna and cafe which are about a 15 minute walk from the vila. Tsada is famous for its outstanding golf course.
