Overview

This is a superb contemporary "panoramic" three bedroom luxury holiday villa, on a large plot with a private pool and is located in the beautiful region of Secret Valley, Cyprus. This area is perfect for those seeking a villa to get away from it all, enjoy the sounds of nature and beautiful views across The Valley - particulary at night.

Paphos is only a 15 minute drive from the villa, where you can enjoy a wide range of great restaurants, bars and the incredibly lively Cyprus night life.

Villa Maw Tay is only 10 minutes from Paphos Airport (which now has had a brand new terminal) and just over 1hrs drive from Larnaca Airport (straight along the new motorway).

It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Secret Valley Golf Course and just over 5 minutes drive to the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort and Spa.

Cyprus is a great place to get away from it all and to enjoy the beautiful views it has to offer. Then at night enjoy the fantastic Cyprus night life, with bars, clubs, cafe's etc...
The city of Paphos, now signposted as "Pafos", consists of two areas: the coastal resort area (Kato Paphos) and the town itself (Pano Paphos) which is slightly inland. Paphos is very popular with tourists. Among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, its beautiful old harbour, its modern hotels and restaurants situated along the seaside promenade. Other sights include an archeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paul's Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty).

Fully furnished to a high standard. Master bedroom has en-suite, 2 further large bedrooms with 2 ea single beds. Family bathroom and cloakroom downstairs. Private pool with pool shower, 8 sunbeds with cushions, side tables and 3 large sun umbrellas.
The property has a pergola and patio at the rear with a large glass topped table and 6 chairs.
Both the pool and garden is serviced twice a week.
All bedrooms have new remote controlled ceiling fans and wall mounted a/c units. The lounge/dining area has a large wall mounted a/c unit - all with remote controls.
Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, micro wave, hoover are all provided, together with tv, dvd player and stereo.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
