Xenios Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom house, perfect for family holidays in an idyllic location. Villa has fabulous pool and garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers ensure perfect outside living. The Plasma TV, International Satellite System in lounge, full air-conditioning and modern, high quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay with a true 5* feeling.
All mod cons are provided in the kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and top quality microwave, and large fridge / freezer. Guest toilet is also on the ground floor.
The 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Villa can sleep 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with Double Beds, third bedroom is with 2 Single Beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, remote-control air conditioning and window shutters. There is main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
