Overview
Luxury 4 bedroom house is located just on the edge of lively Pernera, 2 minutes walk to the sea. Private pool is with the terrace and BBQ under a pergola. Lovely pawned area, ample parking in cul-de-sac.
There are 4 bedrooms that can sleep a maximum of 8 people

On the ground floor there are huge lounge is with leather suite, includes TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to patio area and pool. Dining room table and six chairs also are in the lounge. There are large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area, 1 bedroom and guest toilet on ground floor.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and main bathroom with bath shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air con, extremely spacious throughout. All bedrooms are good quality with fitted wardrobes. Master bedroom has an en-suite with shower and toilet.
You can find market area with attractive local harbor, beautiful sandy beaches, and some excellent taverns within walking distance of the house. Fishing and swimming in the clear waters of Mediterranean Sea.

Very quiet up market area with attractive local harbor, beautiful sandy beaches some excellent Tavern's in the local area within walking distance of the house. A friendly quiet place on the outskirts of a lively resort. Fishing and swimming in the clear warm waters make it a pleasure to be there.
