Overview

This apartment covers an area of 60 m2, all of which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment is situated on the first floor and consists of an open plan kitchen-living-dining area. The contemporary bathroom has a bath with shower over.

There’s an additional 26 m2 of space on the veranda. Where you can relax using the lounge chairs and table whilst soaking up the sea view. Enough space to unwind and dine alfresco, on a balmy evening.
There’s a covered private car parking space if you hire a vehicle during your stay.

There are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom opens onto the veranda) and the master bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together if required and has a built in wardrobe. A baby travel cot is also available on request.

The Armonia Resort is built on elevated ground, consisting of four units surrounding well maintained, landscaped gardens. It has a lagoon style, communal swimming pool with a smaller children’s splash pool. Exercise in the gym and relax in the sauna after an active day in the Mediterranean or Troodos Mountains. Lounge under the sweltering sun at the pool bar while the children have fun at the play area.

For your comfort all living / sleeping areas have air conditioning (cooling and heating) and tinted, double glazed windows.

Location & area

The Armonia resort is situated in the Kapparis area of Protaras, with nearby amenities including supermarkets, tavernas, pubs, restaurants and banks. Fireman's Bay is 30 minutes walk away, one of the finest and most secluded coves in the area.



The Armonia resort is only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Protaras and 5 minutes drive from the town of Paralimni. Protaras is another great family resort with a good selection of shops, bars, supermarkets, tavernas, discos and bouzouki clubs and what was once a tiny village and local beauty spot, is now a popular tourist centre. For a chance to see the real culture of the island, you can mingle with the locals in the town of Paralimni, with its narrow streets and traditional architecture. The many shops, churches, restaurants, bars and stylish cafes have helped make Paralimni a popular location for visitors.



Do you fancy a night out on the tiles? Ayia Napa with its many clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Waterpark, is a 20 minute drive away.



Cape Greco would be another popular spot with visitors. Renowned for it’s natural beauty and stunning views from the cliffs. Again, only 20 minutes by car.



The Famagusta Mini Zoo is about 5 minutes drive from the resort at the end of the Kennedy Avenue. Here you can stand on the Famagusta gulf viewpoint and observe the remarkable Famagusta ghost town in the distance.



There’s an abundance of water sports on almost every beach. There are also some delightful walks along the coastline to numerous beaches and secluded coves. Get active with, snorkeling, scuba diving, horse riding, boat trips and trekking in the Troodos Mountains.
