Luxury holiday villa located in Protaras area next to the beach ideal for relaxation for your holiday vacations. This 3 bedroom villa with en-suite bathroom and shower can sleep up to 6 peoples (has 3 double beds) is ideal for families or for groups who want to spend their holidays near to the spacious beaches of Protaras. The villas has 3, bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 showers, and a fantastic outside front private veranda and a back big private space which consists of a brick built barbeque. The seating room contains 3, 2 and 1 seat leather sofas and there are available two satellite dishes installed to view any channels you wish. The dinning table contains 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all facilities in order to enjoy your cooking time. The Villa is located near to the beach of Ayia Triada (2 minutes walking distance the sea can be viewed from the Villa), therefore a swimming pool is not required. The Villa is located 3 minutes by car to the busy bars and 10 from Ayia Napa.

This Luxurious brand new Holiday Villa is situated in the resort of Pernera Ayia Triada. Is less than 200m from the nearest beach (fantastic beach of Ayia Triadas). Is 3 minutes away from the center of Protaras where there are lot of Restaurants, Tavernas, shops, Bars to spend your time either with your family or your friends. The Protaras water park is also 2 minutes driving distance from the Villa. Is nice if you have also sometime to visit Paralimni (5 min. by car), is worth to visit the 2 beautiful churches. Ayia Napa is about 10 minutes drive away which contains lots of bars, clubs, and is the ideal place for those they love night life. Ayia Napa has also its own beaches with is worth to visit them.
