The lovely three bedroom villa and pool overlooks the sea and beach but it is a short drive to the sandy Bay. This villa is in an excellent position in Protaras and is furnished to a good standard.

Overview

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms and a lovely 7.5m x 3.5m swimming pool. The villa is situated only five minutes' drive from the sandy bays of Pernera and Protaras. It is walking distance to shops and tavernas that have a wide variety of menus. The main high street of Protaras is only a short drive away.

The ground floor of the villa is open plan with an air-conditioned sitting/dining room and a kitchen area. There is also a cloakroom. In the sitting room area there are two comfortable sofas, coffee tables, table lamps, television, DVD and CD player. In the dining area is a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker and hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board.

On the first floor are the three air-conditioned bedrooms The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower room and balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath, washbasin and w.c. Linen is provided but not pool/beach towels. Water is heated by solar panels.
Surrounding the pool is a paved terrace with a garden table and chairs, sunbeds and a barbecue.
