Overview

New spacious 4 bedroom luxury villa is situated in Kapparis just outside Paralimni, between Protaras and Ayia Napa. It has a private pool 8m by 4m and fabulous sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned with a fully equipped patio of sun loungers, table, comfortable sofas, armchairs and barbeque area. There is also parking for three cars which makes this villa perfect for a family and friends holiday. Furnished to the highest standard it consists of a spacious lounge with a leather 3 piece suite, satellite TV and DVD, separate dining area with fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dish washer, and fridge/freezer) and four bedrooms. All the bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Two bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, two other two bedrooms have twin beds. In one bedroom there is flat screen TV and in another one Playstation 2. Family bathroom is situated on the first floor, and there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
