Overview
A popular three bedroomed villa with
air-conditioning and a lovely 10m x 5m swimming pool in the heart of the Protaras tourist area yet set well back -about 300 metres from the main road. It is in a quiet but very convenient position. The sandy beaches of Protaras and Figtree Bay are all within walking distance of the villa and the main street with the selection of bars, tavernas and shops all are about five minutes' walk.
On the ground floor there is an open plan air-conditioned sitting/dining room with kitchen area and downstairs shower room. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, lamps, television, DVD and CD player. The dining table and six chairs are in the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker and hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board.
On the first floor is three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds and one room with bunk beds and a single bed. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The family bathroom has a bath, washbasin and w.c. Linen is provided but not pool/beach towels.
Surrounding the pool is a large terrace with sun loungers a garden table, chairs and an umbrella. There is also a barbecue.
The garden has colourful shrubs and plants.
