Overview

In our opinion this villa has the best specifications indoors and out. The garden is landscaped with tropical plants and trees which makes the villa totally secluded. Situated in the trendy Kapparis area with exclusive restaurants and lounge bars all within walking distance. Private access to the local sandy beach where you can enjoy all water sports. Central Protaras is a mere 5 minutes drive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR PURE LUXURY. PAY ONLY 99 EUROS DEPOSIT AND THE BALANCE IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL AT OUR 24 HOUR CHECK IN OFFICE.

Location & area

Protaras is far bigger than it looks on a map its made up of a small number of communities stretching from the East side of Cape Greco all the way to Kapparis which is as far as you can go North up to Famagusta (the Ghost Town).
The contrast is dramatic, from the ever changing, rugged coastline of Cape Greko, to some of the best Water-skiing waters in the Med some days it's like a mirror. Konnos Bay is in my opinion has to be the best Stunning Beach on the Island, even the drive down the hillside will have your Jaws Dropping!
The beaches are what Protaras is most famous for and they stretch for over 10 miles. Fig Tree Bay is one of the finest and well known beaches in the world and well worth a visit. Being on the East coast its also the best part of the island to watch the spectacular Cyprus sunrise (approx 06:00am)
Protaras is known as the land of windmills, going back to the days when this was a farming area. Now it has become an amazing resort with over 300 established Restaurants - Bar Cafe - Tavernas.

Shop till you drop takes on a new meaning here from quaint Boutiques to Designer sunglasses Protaras has it all. The wide pedestrian walkways with the new one way, twisty turn, road system, lined with trees and water fountains, has transformed Protaras into a stylish resort that is ideal for all ages.
The views from Profit Elias Church, situated on a hill top overlooking Protaras, will never fail to take your breath away but try and make the walk up the 168 steps to the top on a cool part of the day.

This villa is immaculate and very modern,it is equipped with everything you need. The only drawback is you dont actually receive a welcome pack, but it states you do in the advert, also there are now only 2 x 2 seater sofas in the lounge, not 3 as it shows in the pictures, we found that was not enough for 4 adults. Other than that we had a fantastic holiday and found a nice little beach, turn right onto the main road and just past the large supermatket on the right there is a turning to the beach, very secluded and not too busy.
