Located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the center of Protaras this beautiful detached two bedroom villa makes an ideal choice to have a very enjoyable holiday.
Jason Heights has its own private pool and is situated in a wonderful position on a low ridge over-looking the bay of Famagusta and its excellent beaches of Protaras & Fig Tree Bay.
The villa offers excellent views one being the Church of St Elias, a unique and well-known landmark which is only 10 minutes walk away from the villa and well worth a visit.

Protaras lies on the South Eastern coast of the island and enjoys one of the best climates in the Mediterranean. The beaches offer excellent golden sands and clear blue seas stretching the length of Protaras through to the famous Fig Tree Bay.
Safe swimming, boat trips, water sports and pleasant walks are the order of the day. There are many restaurants to choose from offering many European and local dishes.

The open plan kitchen / diner combines oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and cold water drinks machine. The large lounge / dining area opens onto a balcony which provides a clear view of the pool and sunbathing area and beyond for a wonderful view of Famagusta bay.
External Features
The area under the building is tiled and open to the pool providing a spacious area of shade during the day and excellent dining close to the "Barbie" at night. A very large patio area ajoining the pool with own shower. An enclosed shower and toilet facility is also available immediately adjacent the area.
Entertainment Facilities include satellite TV and a DVD player for your music and film needs. Throughout the house there are ample supplies of UK style three pin plugs.
The top floor combines the sleeping area and bathroom. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds, both contain fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space.
Each has excellent views across Famagusta Bay and there is a safe in the master bedroom providing security for your valuables. The fully tiled bathroom has all the latest facilities including a power shower plus electric shaving point.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
