Overview

This large four bedroom villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the high street of Pernera Bay. It has a large open plan sitting/dining room furnished with three sofas, a television, coffee table and dining table with eight chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and chest of drawers and one twin with fitted wardrobe and dressing table. These three bedrooms have air conditioning / warm air units. There is an additional single bedroom with optional fold up bed & travel cot. This room also has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom upstairs, a separate w.c. downstairs and a shower with w.c. outside by the pool. The water is solar heated with an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. All linen is provided except for beach/pool towels.
