This Kapparis apartment is well located for all your holiday needs. Shops, bars and restaurants are all located within a 10 minute walk and Fireman's Beach is equally close. If you wish to stay closer to home, the apartment has a swimming pool and children's pool on site. For the more adventurous, the resort areas of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa can all be reached within 15 minutes by car. The town of Paralimni is nearby, as are numerous smaller villages on both sides of the border, offering the chance to experience the real Cyprus.

The main balcony is well equipped for outdoor living. The main table easily seats 6 people in our comfortably padded chairs and there is plenty of seating for guests. A gas barbeque is provided and there is an electrically operated sun awning that will provide you with all important shade at the touch of a button. While the apartment has everything you need close at hand, it is in a quiet location where you can truly relax. To help you do this, we have equipped the apartment with all the conveniences of home including a fully fitted kitchen. And you needn't worry about about keeping cool because fly screens allow you to leave doors and windows open and we have air conditioning in the bedrooms and a fan in the lounge. The apartment has many little touches to make your stay more enjoyable, including: beach mats (remember to bring your own beach towels), a cool box and ice packs and a selection of books and games.
Car hire or transfers can be arranged if required and are payable locally on arrival. This apartment is available for longer term lets and prices are available on application.
