Overview

St Elias villa has three lovely sized bedrooms, with a master bathroom and an additional guest toilet and shower room. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and air conditioning units and a plentiful supply of linen and towels for your use.

Moving downstairs, there is a large kitchen area, with all of the necessary appliances, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor along with plenty of cutlery, Tupperware and cooking utensils.

The living room is homely with a television and DVD player, local satellite television and a cd player. There is also a dining table to seat 6 people.

The garden area is lovely, with a large private swimming pool, plenty of sun beds and a small drinks table. There is an additional area for seating with a round table and 6 chairs. The villa has a lot of character and the feel is atmospheric and relaxing. Backing on to fields there is plenty of greenery and the sunsets are lovely. You are also honoured to have the views of St Elias church from the villa as well.

Protaras is a large attraction purely due to the stretches of golden beaches with beautifully clear turquoise waters. One of the most famous beaches is ‘Fig tree bay’ the home not only to fig trees but to an island in the sea which is swimming distance away from the shore. With blue flag award beaches, Protaras is a family resort with restaurants,shops and a variety of entertainment to keep the whole family entertained throughout the vacation. For the younger members of the family there are arcades, bowling and Flinstones pub is great for children of all ages… a yiaba daba dooo the night away! Don’t forget Karaoke a great holiday moment, Zodiac is great for a family karaoke bar… Plus there are many other activities in close proximity such as the Water Park, aquarium, a cinema and bowling.

The villa has plenty to offer. Inside the villa, there are three bedrooms, consisting of a large double / king size bed and four single beds, two bathrooms so no fighting over space. Plus each room has a mirror, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and bedroom reading lamps. We have a full suply of bed linen and towels for your use. The villa has comfortable sofas, local satellite tv, dvd player, hair dryer, safe deposit box and homely touches throughout. The garden area is spacious and the gardens are landscaped. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and a BBQ, plus an outdoor table and chairs as well. The complex is small, consisting only of 12 villas so very relaxing and it is a very short walk to Protaras.
