Overview

Luxury, brand new villa in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras is ideal for a family holiday or romantic getaway. As you enter, you are immediately taken in by the modern furnishings and design. Bright lounge features fireplace, comfortable sitting area, coffee table and TV. Luxuriously furnished, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen has everything you might need including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven/hob, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Dining area features glass-top table and chairs for six. There is further benefit of a downstairs - bedroom with access to the adjacent shower room for convenience.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air-conditioners and bedside units. Master bedroom has en-suite facilities and enjoys access to the large balcony which with sea views in the most peaceful setting. There is also family bathroom with bath, shower over and toilet.

On the terrace in front of private swimming pool there are table and chairs provided for al fresco dining. There is also a parking space. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
