The villa is a 3-bedroom detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac, on a unique location on the coast of Protaras, only a few meters on foot from the nearest sandy beaches.

It has a stunning, uninterrupted view of the sea, which is right across the villa, and is close to Nausica resort, famous for its crystal clear waters.

It spreads over 150 square meters and is surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden, with hibiscus plants, jasmine, olive trees, bougainvilleas and sea lilies.

With two double rooms on the first floor and one twin on the ground floor, the villa comfortably sleeps 6 people.

The living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and dinning room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan, which extends to the outdoor area, where a natural timber deck surrounds the large swimming pool.

This beautiful villa is equipped with elegant, high quality furniture and state-of-the-art electrical appliances including TV, DVD and CD players, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and oven, a large refrigerator and an AC unit in every room.
