Overview

This is a luxury traditional style stone built villa with four air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms and a lovely large swimming pool. The Villa has stunning views of the beautiful, blue Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the Akamas. Skoulli Village is in the countryside of Polis and the Forest of Paphos and has a two supermarkets within a five minute drive from the villa. The beach of Polis i and Latch is about ten minutes' drive from the villa. Here you can find a selection of shops, tavernas and a market. Latchi Harbour is a short drive from Polis and this resort has some of the best fish tavernas iCyprus.
Features
On the ground floor there is a very spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee tables, table lamps, satellite TV (limited channels) and a DVD player. The dining area has a dining table with eight chairs. The sitting room has french doors, which lead out on to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, electric kettle and toaster. A lso a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board are housed in the utility room. Two of the large air-conditioned bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and ensuite jacuzzi bathroom, the other is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. This floor also has a guest cloakroom with w.c. and washbasin
The first floor has two bedrooms, one master double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a furnished balcony with panoramic views. The other bedroomhas twin-beds with an ensuite shower. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes.

A large terrace with a covered seating area with table and chairs surrounds the 12m swimming pool and adjoining childrens paddling pool. The terrace has sunbeds, barbecue and garden furniture.
