Overview
This is a traditional stone built villa with three air-conditioned bedrooms and a lovely swimming pool. The position of this villa gives complete privacy and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the Akamas. Paradise Villa is in the quiet village of Peristerona, within the Polis and the Forest of Paphos countryside. There is a market, tavernas and shops near the beach of Polis which is a ten minute drive. The harbour of Latchi can be found close to Polis and this resort has some of the best fish tavernas in Cyprus.
This villa has only one level. The open plan sitting/dining area has a comfortable seating area with a television and DVD player and also a CD player. The dining table has eight chairs and this area leads out onto the pool area and terrace.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, which comprises one double room and two twin rooms. The double has a ensuite bathroom and the two twins have ensuite shower rooms. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
Out on the large terrace, surrounding the swimming pool, there is a barbecue with a pergola covering the table and chairs where you can sit and soak up the views. During the cooler months, the pool may be heated for an additional charge.Solar panels heat the water and there is back up immersion heater. The villa also has central heating. All linen is provided with the exception of beach/pool towels.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
