Overview

Nessoula is a four bedroom detached villa set in a large spacious area. As well as having four air-conditioned bedrooms, there are four bathrooms and a beautiful swimming pool. The Villa nestles into a hillside with sweeping views down across the countryside to the beautiful, blue Mediterranean Sea and the mountains towards the Akamas. Peristerona Village to Polis and Latchi is about ten minutes' drive from the villa. where there are several shops, tavernas and a market. Latchi Harbour is a short drive from Polis and this resort has some of the best fish tavernas in Cyprus. Fishing trips can be hired from here, also water sports and the beaches are good for swimming.

Accommodation
There is a bright and large open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee tables, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a CD player. The dining area has a large table with eight chairs. From the sitting room are large doors, which lead out on to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped and has granite worktop surfaces, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.
A large air-conditioned bedroom is on the ground floor, with a large double four poster bed and shower room. An additional cloakroom with washbasin and w.c. are on the ground floor. Throughout the villa it is equipped to a very good standard.






The first floor has three bedrooms, one double-bedroom with a balcony and amazing views. The other bedrooms are twin-bedded rooms one has an ensuite shower. A further family bathroom with a whirlpool bath with shower over, washbasin and w.c. eases bathroom queues! All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes.

A large terrace surrounds the 10m x 5m swimming pool that has sunbeds, a barbecue and a gazebo with a garden table and chairs. The garden has many colourful shrubs and flowers giving interest throughout the year.
