Overview
Villa is completely detached and situated in a pretty garden opposite a valley, in a country lane on the edge of a village, Peristerona, with simply spectacular far reaching views to the mountains and Paphos forest, and to the shimmering sea at Latchi and Polis. Peristerona village square is approx 400m. Much of this area is protected from development as it is part of the Akamas National Park.
This is traditional Cyprus where the old ways still continue.

It is spacious and furnished to a high standard. With few steps to the house, it may be suitable for guests with limited mobility as there is a twin bedroom downstairs bedrooms/shower room as below. Not wheelchair friendly.
Downstairs:
The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV, Satellite TV with various English channels incl BBC, and DVD. French doors to poolside and terrace overlooking sea.
Twin bedroom with sea views and adjoining shower/w.c. Not suitable for a wheelchair.
The kitchen/diner is well equipped and includes a cooker and hob, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer. Dining area has quality wooden table and upholstered chairs for 6.
The private pool measures 9.5m x 4.5m and has Roman steps. Depths: .80m 1.60m. Pool side has illumination at night.
The large gated and fenced garden is equipped with patio furniture, sunloungers, umbrellas, large shaded kiosk and brick b.b.q . There is a large lawn and shaded areas too.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
