Overview

This beautiful villa has been built in an old style Cypriot design with a charming large open plan stone sitting room with a lovely pool leading from it. Milou Village is a very peaceful location with mountain and valley views. In the early Spring the peach,almond and cherry blossoms are a wonderful sight with the orange trees heavy with fruit. The village is nestled among the citrus orchards on the Laona plateau on the way to Polis and Latchi which is west of Paphos. The village is one of the smallest villages in Cyprus with a population of about 60. The nearby coffee shops, used by the local men as some of the local women can be seen using traditional looms. The nearest supermarket is about 4 kilometres away. The beaches, tavernas, market and shops of Polis and Latchi are a short drive of about twenty minutes away.

The villa is detached in an authentic stone design, to the last detail including traditional interior and furnishings. The entrance leads directly into the open plan sitting/dining area with lofty stone ceilings and open fireplace. The room has sofas, chairs, coffee table, television, CD player and a dining table and eight chairs. Large doors lead out onto the terrace where one can sit at a large table and enjoy the views across the valley and the peace. An archway leads through to the attractive open plan fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.

There is an air conditioned double bedroom with an ensuite shower room on this level that has doors leading out to the swimming pool terrace.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large doors that lead out onto a balcony that looks over the pool area and garden. The other bedroom also has doors leading out on to the large balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bath, washbasin and w.c.

The swimming pool is 10m x 4m pool and set in pretty gardens with sunbeds, garden furniture and a barbecue on the terrace.
