Overview
This beautiful four bedroom air conditioned villa has a lovely private swimming pool and is completely private. It is in a very pretty spot surrounded by citrus trees. The centre of Polis is just a five minute drive away; the town has plenty of shops, tavernas and a local street market. A little further along the coast is the fishing village of Latchi with its famous fish tavernas.
Jenny Villa is open plan and the sitting area has a nice open fireplace, sofas, armchairs, satellite television with limited channels, DVD player and a CD player. The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and board. The dining area is near the kitchen, and there is a separate utility room which has a washing machine. On this floor, there is a double bedroom with four poster bed and ensuite shower room. There is also a separate guest cloakroom.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning/warm air units. There are two large balconies with table and chairs where guests can sit and enjoy the lovely views. The family bathroom is fitted with a jacuzzi whirlpool bath, wash basin and w.c. The water is heated by solar panels and there is an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. Linen is provided but not beach/pool towels. Central heating is also available at this villa.
Outside there is a large terrace with sun loungers which surrounds the swimming pool. In the garden of colourful plants and lawn is a gazebo which has a large dining table with ten chairs where guests may sit and enjoy a meal from the built in barbecue.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
