Overview
This traditional stone villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has large lovely swimming pool. It is situated in Peristerona Village, which has the Polis countryside and the Forest of Paphos surrrounding it. A market and a selection of shops and tavernas can be found at the beach of Polis which is approximately ten minutes drive away. Latchi Harbour is a short drive from Polis and this resort has some of the best fish tavernas in Cyprus.
This villa has two sitting rooms which are light and roomy. One room has an open fireplace and comfortable sofas. The other has comfortable sofas, satellite television with a DVD player and a CD player. There is a kitchen / dining area which has a table and ten chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility room which houses washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor, there is a double bedroom which has patio doors leading out on to the terrace and the pool. A full bathroom is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. One double has a four poster bed with ensuite bathroom, the other has a jacuzzi bathroom ensuite. The two twin rooms both have ensuite shower rooms. The bedrooms all have cooling and heating air conditioning and have wardrobes fitted.
The swimming pool is 12m x 6m and is surrounded by a terrace where there is a barbecue, sunbeds and a covered area for dining alfresco.
