Overview

Villa is completely detached and situated in a pretty garden opposite a valley, in a country lane on the edge of a village, Peristerona, with simply spectacular far reaching views to the mountains and Paphos forest, and to the shimmering sea at Latchi and Polis. Peristerona village square is approx 400m. Much of this area is protected from development as it is part of the Akamas National Park.
This is traditional Cyprus where the old ways still continue.

With few steps to the house, it may be suitable for guests with limited mobility as there is a twin bedroom downstairs bedrooms/shower room as below. Not wheelchair friendly. Pool side has illumination at night. • The large gated and fenced garden is equipped with patio furniture, sunloungers, umbrellas, large shaded kiosk and brick b.b.q . There is a large lawn and shaded areas too.
