Overview

Cassia 3 bedroom villa is with heated pool 5x10m.
Villa has 2 bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs, the one of which has facilities for the disabled. Each bedroom is with king size bed and twin bed, it's own private balcony or veranda, all equipped with wooden table and 3 chairs. There is sofa-bed in the lounge area. Two bathrooms upstairs have WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. The downstairs en-suite has a shower cubicle instead of bath. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
There are 2 ground floor verandas, one outside the kitchen with mountain view and the other outside the lounge with sea view. There is a wooden table with 6 chairs each, the one located in the swimming pool area. The pool area is secluded and yet has views of the sea and mountains. As well as the ground floor veranda's near the pool area there is a terrace with a professional BBQ where you can grill your meat over the hot charcoal.
Lounge has television, CD player, Hi-fi system with CD player, cassette player and radio. TV 28'' with 7 local channels and also special digital satellite system (about 600 sat. channels) .
Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, iron & board, washing machine, gas, hob and fan, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
A table tennis have been established in the outside area of the villa . The table can be used free of charge except the expenses of the rackets and balls.
