Overview

This lovely villa is situated on the beach of Polis village.It overlooks the bay of Polis with Akamas Peninsular and has lovely views towards the sea. It is situated on the edge of the village 10 - 15 minutes walk to the shops and the fishing hourbor of Latsi with all the Tavernas and shops with only 10 - 15 Minutes walk through trail along the sea.



The villa has an open plan sitting/dining room with large glass doors that open onto the terrace surrounding the pool. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, coffee table, satellitte television, video and radio. The dining area has a table and six chairs.



The kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, iron and board.



There are three large en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two with twin beds. Each have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables.
