Apartment Facilities

You haven’t seen anything yet until you see the facilities this Cyprus holiday villa has to offer.

The villa comprises of the following:-

• 4 bedrooms with a master bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms all with generous cupboard space and dressing tables. The master bedroom features a canopy bed in a stately design and offers both sea and mountain views from the large picture windows and French doors. Leading from the master bedroom is a private terrace leading further to the swimming pool. French doors also lead to the pool terrace from the other two twin bedrooms.

• The Living area – both spacious and comfortable. There are 3 sofas in the living area with ample sitting space, satellite TV and a DVD machine. The living area opens onto the large covered terrace adjacent to the pool.

• The Dining area includes a dining table with 8 chairs all decorated to a high standard to dine in style. The area is beautifully decorated with a featured fireplace.

• The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer (2), microwave kettle and more than sufficient cooking and serving utensils to eat in should you desire.

• Two bathrooms both beautifully tiled.

• Terraces ideal for sun soaked days and leisurely open-air dining area.

• Roof terrace from which you can take in the impressive sea views across to bustling Mediterranean not to mention the clarity of the evening sky which you can enjoy at night.

The holiday villa includes dual air conditioning throughout and all bed linen and towels (excludes beach/pool towels) are provided and changed weekly. A baby cot is also available.
