Overview

A luxury 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms exclusive villa, with private swimming pool 5x10m. There are 2 bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs, the one of which has facilities for the disabled. Each bedroom is with king size bed and twin bed. In addition there is sofa-bed in the lounge area.

Two bathrooms upstairs have WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. The downstairs en-suite has a shower cubicle instead of bath (as this is easier for the disabled to use). In addition there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin

Every bedroom has it's own private balcony or veranda, all equipped with wooden table and 3 chairs. There are also 2 ground floor verandas, one outside the kitchen with Mountain View and the other outside the lounge with sea view.
There is a wooden table with 6 chairs each, the one located in the swimming pool area.
The pool area is secluded and yet has views of the sea and mountains. As well as the ground floor veranda's near the pool area there is a terrace with a professional BBQ where you can grill your meat over the hot charcoal. Alternative there is all the machinery and equipment to make our traditional "Cyprus Souvla".

A Table tennis have been established in the outside area of the villa . This facility will keeps you busy during your holidays! The table can be used free of charge except the expenses of the rackets and balls.
Prices are for 1- 6 person occupancy. 6 additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 12 for a fee of 17 EUR per day per person. The facility of pool's heating (optional) is charged extra.
Payments are accepted only in EUR currency. Refundable deposit of 350 EUR is required against damages.
