Overview

As you enter the villa, it is all open plan with the sitting room area furnished with two sofas and an armchair, Satellite TV with DVD player and a CD system. Patio doors lead outside to the swimming pool. At the end of the room is the dining table which has six chairs and this then leads to the kitchen which is equipped with fridge/freezer, combined oven and microwave and dishwasher. Also in the kitchen is a cold water dispenser. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is an additional cloakroom on this level.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite shower room and large patio doors leading to the balcony which has lovely sea views. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and washbasin.

Outside the villa is a large swimming pool which is surrounded by a paved terrace and mature gardens. There is a barbecue for guests to dine al fresco whilst enjoying the lovely sea views.
