Overview
This sought-after villa has a lovely swimming pool and four air-conditioned bedrooms. It is situated at the top of the village with other privately owned villas and is about 1 km from Pissouri Village Square. This part of the village has views of the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea at Pissouri Bay and across to Cape Aspro on the west side towards Aphrodite's Rock.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have twin beds. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with built in dressing table and drawers, air- conditioning units and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms. There is also a family bathroom with bath.
The open plan sitting room with a dining end has doors that lead out and onto a large terrace and pool. The swimming pool is 4m x 8m with Roman steps that are helpful for children and non - swimmers. Surrounding the pool is a wide paved terrace with wonderful views, with a table, chairs and sunbeds.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher iron and board.
All linen is provided except beach and pool towels. The water is heated by solar panels and an immersion heater for the cooler season.
