Overview

A beautiful three bedroom villa situated two minutes walk from the beach of Pissouri. A number of tavernas and shops are also within a short walk. The Village of Pissouri can easily reached by car where there are a number of other tavernas and shops. A lawned area and a wide terrace surround the lovely pool which has sun loungers and a gas barbecue.

Within the villa is a large open-plan sitting/dining room which is furnished with two comfortable sofas, two rocking chairs, freeview satellite television and DVD player. The dining area has a table with six chairs. The fitted kitchen comprises a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms, all with sea views. One double bedroom which has a balcony, one twin which has an ensuite shower room and a balcony and a second twin bedroom. Each room has fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and dressing table. There is a further family bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin and wc and downstairs cloakroom.
