Overview

Superbly situated being about four minute's walk to Pissouri Village Square, tavernas and shops, this villa has three air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms and a pool.
Pissouri Village is set on a hillside about 1000 feet above sea level. There are beautiful views from the villa balcony down to the blue Mediterranean Sea .The villa is built in the centre of three terraces of an old vineyard. On one level is the two bedroomed and two bathroom villa, on the other is the one bedroomed garden suite with a bath and a separtate shower cubicle. On the top terrace is the swimming pool with terrace around and a shower bathroom and kitchen. A walled garden with fuschia coloured bougainvillea flowers,orange and lemon trees and many shrubs around the property.

The villa has a reception hall furnished with tables and a sofa. A few steps lead up to the open plan sitting and dining room, where there are two comforatable sofas and a matching chair. There are coffee tables, table lamps, a LCD satelitte television, DVD, radio and CD player. There is Internet Wireless in the villa.The dining table has six matching chairs and a dresser with a library of books. Four sliding glass doors lead out onto the balcony. There are chairs and a table where one can sit and enjoy the views to the sea.

The kitchen is fitted in a light beech wood and is well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas and electric hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board and sandwich maker. Outside is a fitted barbecue.

In the villa there are two air-conditioned or warm air units in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bedand and the second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite shower bathroom. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Each bedroom is fitted with large wardrobes, one bedroom has a dressing table and both have bedside tables with lamps.
Steps beside the villa lead down to the large third bedroom of the Garden Suite that has a double bed.

The Garden Flat has a bathroom with bath, wash basin, wc and shower cubicle. The small sitting room has a comfortable sofa, table, chairs, television with DVD, and radio and an air-conditiong or warm air unit.
The kitchen provides some independence from the main villa. The kitchen has its own fridge/freezer, washing machine and fitted cooker with gas and electric hob and electric oven.
Sliding doors from the flat lead out onto a large terrace with its own table, chairs and sunloungers.
The large swimming pool area has six sunbeds, garden furniture and a small changing room with a shower, wc and washbasin and a small kitchen with fridge and electric kettle.
