Overview

This villa is about 150 metres from Pissouri Beach. On the beach, as well as sunbathing and swimming, there is a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, water-skiing and paragliding. For a fantastic view of Pissouri Bay, or to explore the coastline, a pedalo or a Laser dinghy can be hired. Near the beach are small supermarkets and for those who enjoy the friendly Cyprus nightlife, there are tavernas serving traditional dishes. The lovely village of Pissouri is about a 10 minute drive away and, situated around a village square, there are tavernas, banks and a supermarket.

The accommodation on the lower floor is an open-plan sitting/dining room with comfortable sofa and chairs and a television. There is also a dining table with four chairs. From the sitting room area, there are patio doors leading to a small garden where there is a table and chairs. Also on the ground floor there is a separate wc.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There are patio doors leading onto a balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning which is included in the rate.

The bathroom has a bath with hand shower over, wash basin and wc. Linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach/pool towels.

The water is heated by solar sun-panels and for the occasional cooler day there is an immersion heater.

The nearby hotel has a swimming pool and for a cover charge non-residents can use this facility.
