Overview

Katie's Villa is well designed and built on one level in a larger plot. It is a comfortable villa with three air-conditioned bedrooms and about two minute's drive to Pissouri Beach. This area enjoys beautiful mountain views on one side and on the other across towards the sea. The area is landscaped , well maintained and the mountain is floodlit in the evenings. The villa has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and there are two, twin-bed rooms, all have fitted wardrobes and storage space.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, cooker and hob and a fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.
The bathroom has a bath with hand shower over, washbasin and wc. There is also a separate wc with a washbasin. The villa has combined air-conditioning/heating units in the bedrooms and mobile gas heaters are also available for the cooler months. All linen and towels are provided except for pool/beach towels.

The pretty garden and pool terrace area is well fenced and ideal for sunbathing. There are sunbeds, a sun umbrella, garden table and chairs also a built-in barbecue.
