Overview

The raised position of these villas enables you to see across to the Mediterranean Sea, with the beach being within a very short drive. They have garden terraces for dining and sunbathing. There is also a driveway for parking.

FEATURES

Each villa has a sitting room, kitchen, dining area with a table and six chairs, three bedrooms, one en-suite, and two bathrooms. There are two sofas, an armchair and a television in the sitting room, then from here glass doors lead out to the pool area and terrace, which have views to the sea.

The kitchen is fitted with natural wood cupboards and worktops. It is equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven and hob, a mic rowave and a washing machine. There is also a kettle, a toaster, an iron and ironing board.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom is a double with an en suite shower room and it also has it's own balcony. There is also another double and a twin bedroom with all the bedrooms having air conditioning and they are equipped with wardrobes and either a dressing table or drawers. The family bathroom has a wc, washbasin and a bath with a shower over . All linen is provided with the exception of pool/beach towels.
