Overview

This large detached villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms and situated about 1300 metres from Pissouri Beach. The villa is in an elevated position, enjoying lovely views across to the Troodos Mountains in the distance. Around the beautiful swimming pool is wide a terrace, with four sunbeds. a table and chairs.

ACCOMMODATION: Steps lead up to the open-plan living room has a large sofa, chairs, coffee tables and a colour television. The dining area has a formal dining table and eight chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and board. In the utility room is the washing machine.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with shower and separate wc.
A wrought iron, decorative staircase leads up to the three bedrooms; two with double beds - one of these has an ensuite shower, and a twin bedded room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing tables and a door leading onto the balcony. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, washbasin and w.c. with a shower and separate w.c.


The villa has air conditiong that is paid for in Cyprus.
