Overview

Carlitsa Villa is about 20 minutes by car from Paphos airport and about an hour from Larnaca airport.

There is a chemist nearby, and a couple of tavernas offering traditional Cypriot food. The village of Pissouri is a short drive away or if you are feeling energetic you can walk there. The village has all amenities including banks supermarkets and souvenir shops and tavernas.

The accommodation is of a very high standard which boasts a flat screen TV with DVD surround sound, leather sofas and an open fireplace. There is also a lov ely marble dining table with eight leather chairs. The modern kitchen is of a very high standard and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built in oven and microwave. Also on the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom which has patio doors leading to the garden. There is also a separate bathroom with a w.c, shower and wash basin.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite with a multi jet shower. This bedroom has its own balcony with table and chairs. The third bedroom is a twin room. From the upstairs hall, there is a large veranda which has a table and chairs where you can soak up views of the surrounding area. There is also a family bathroom with a bath with shower over. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and includes ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms.

Outside, the swimming pool has a jacuzzi at one end and has sun loungers and parasols surrounding it. There is a large tiled patio area which has an outside bar and a built in barbecue. The garden has been landscaped with trees and plants which ensure privacy.
