Overview

The sitting and dining room is open-plan with an attractive sitting area, comfortable chairs, coffee and occasional tables, television and a great home cinema system.

The dining part is furnished with a dining table and chairs. This area leads to a compact, fitted, well equipped open plan kitchen. The kitchen has two electric ovens, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Upstairs are three air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third has twin beds. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and small chests. The family bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms. From two bedrooms are doors onto the balcony with lovely sea views. A cloakroom with wash basin and wc is on the ground floor. Linen is provided but not pool/beach towels.

From the dining area is a French window that leadsonto a paved terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a sun umbrella.

The swimming pool is 5m x 8m.

Water is heated by solar panels and an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. This villa has central heating to be used by arrangement in the cooler months.
