Overview

This lovely three-bedroomed villa with a large private swimming pool is situated on the hillside opposite Pissouri Village. It has panoramic views of the Troodos Mountains and down to the blue Mediterranean Sea at Pissouri Bay below. The village of Pissouri with a selection of tavernas, shops, a bakery and banks is about four minutes' drive and the dazzling blue sea at Pissouri Beach is about five minutes' drive from the villa.
Features:
The villa is spacious with an open-plan interior and is furnished with light wood and beamed ceilings. The sitting room has a three-seater sofa, and chairs, a television, radio/cassette and coffee tables. There is a door onto the balcony from this area. The kitchen/dining area has wooden fitted units with split-level oven and hob. It has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freeze and a dining table and chairs. A door from the kitchen opens onto the garden area where there is a large fitted barbecue that.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed, this room has French style doors leading out onto a balcony. The bedrooms have twin beds. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom and a cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin. A very large veranda surrounds most of the villa. There is a table and chairs, sunloungers and umbrellas. The villa has linen except for towels for the pool and beach. Water is heated by solar panels with an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. The villa has central heating for winter.
