A four bedroom air conditioned villa with private pool set in a quiet cul de sac. Coral Bay is reputed to have the best sandy beach in Cyprus and is about a seven-minute drive away.



This lovely beach is considered safe and ideal for swimming with many water sports available. There are a number of tavernas and shops in Coral Bay high street and Peyia Village. The historic town of Paphos is about a 20-minute drive away.


This villa is ideal for two parties wishing to have their own privacy and facilities as there are two levels. Upstairs - sitting / dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms - one with ensuite, 1 twin bedroom and shower room. Downstairs - open plan sitting / kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite shower.
Built into a hillside, the front door opens into the upstairs sitting room which has two sofas, an open fire, television, DVD and video. The dining area has a large table with ten chairs and from here patio doors lead out onto the balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric hob, microwave oven, tumble dryer, toaster and electric kettle. There are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have storage and there is an additional shower room.


Downstairs, the open plan sitting room has two sofas and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and board. There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room.


All the rooms in this villa (except bathrooms) are equipped with air conditioning/warm air units. Water is heated by solar panels, and there is an immersion heater for the occasional dull day.


Doors from the downstairs sitting room lead out to the pool area, with its spacious terrace and eight sun loungers. Under the shade is a large table with eight chairs and a built-in barbeque.
