Overview

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 10 and a dining table and 6 chairs. Patio doors open from the lounge, kitchen and dining areas to the large terrace. The terrace is equipped with a patio table and chairs and leads onto the swimming pool and gardens.



The fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, American fridge/freezer, oven with hob, grill, microwave and dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite with jacuzzi. The 2 main bedrooms each have large balconies/terrace, each with its own bistro table and chairs.



The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs

The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and leads to the private infinity swimming pool offering fantastic views. Six sunlougers are provided around the pool.

Additional features of the villa include Sky television and radio, DVD, CD player, BBQ, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels

The beach is 2km and nightlife of Coral Bay 1500m. The village of Peyia with its selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets is 500m away.
