Overview

Our new two bedroom apartment,is in a small block of 12 apartments.There is a communal pool to the front of the building. With allocated parking underneath,the apartments.The apartment is in the center of old Peyia,tucked away in a quiet spot amongst Cypriot housing.
Outside is a good sized enclosed patio area, child safe, from which you have a sea view. There are a table and chairs,also additional reclining seats,and a charcoal barbecue. The apartment is fully air conditioned,and solar panels supply the hot water.
Inside is an open plan living,dining,kitchen area. These are well equipped, with 2 large leather sofas. Flat screen TV.Radio/CD player.DVD player In the kitchen is a washing machine,cooker,ceramic hob,kettle,toaster,and microwave. All crockery and cutlery is provided.
Both bedrooms are fitted with twin single beds (which can be pushed together if required). There is also a single fold up bed, and a blow up bed, which could be used in any room. One bedroom leads onto the Patio. All sheets, blankets, and bed covers are supplied. There is plenty of storage space. In the wardrobe is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.The bathroom has a white suit, with ceramic tiles, and a shower over the bath.Towels are provided for the bathroom, but please bring beach towels. Location & area

The apartment is in the centre of old Peyia,(Springs), with it's Byzantian springs, and view of the coast from outside the supermarket.
Peyia is 12 km north of Paphos,with all it's historic archaelogical sites, and wonderful mosaics. 40mins from Paphos airport.
The Blue Flag beach of Coral Bay is only 3kms from Peyia, it is a lovely safe beach for swimming. There are also many other water sports available.
Polis is about 22km to the north, and a little further on is the lovely harbour of Latchi. Between Polis and Peyia are the villages and the area of the Akamas Penninsular, the wildest part of Cyprus, some of which cannot be explored without a 4x4.
The quiet spot of Agios Geargios is about 8kms away,a little harbour, and caves, with wonderful rock formations.
A trip to the Troodos mountain range is an essential. In the winter you can ski and in the summer there is the refreshing cooler air, along with some fantastic views, and spectacular scenery. Also pottering around the old villages,shows the real life of Cyprus
