Overview

Our roomy apartment is conveniently located in the quiet village of Peyia, a short distance from the centre of the village and its tavernas, supermarkets etc, all centred around a wonderful village square. It is just a five minute drive from the attractions of Coral Bay with its restaurants, Bars, shopping area and other amenities, including its large sandy beach. The centre of Paphos with its cultural delights and picturesque Harbour is only a 15 minute drive and the airport is 25 minutes away. Car hire is recommended, although there are reliable taxi services and a local bus to Paphos. The location is ideal for those wanting both peace and relaxation , yet is in close proximity to nightlife, good dining, cultural explorations and golf. Those with families would benefit from the amenities and close proximity to other activities, such as go karting, and watersports at the sandy beach in Coral Bay.
The apartment was built in August 2005 and the complex boasts a large communal swimming pool and is set in well maintained gardens. The bedroom has double patio doors, two single beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and air conditioning. The family sized bathroom includes a shower and bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with a microwave, oven, hobs and large fridge/ freezer. In the lounge, there are two very comfortable double sofa beds, two fan lights, a large wardrobe and a well stocked book shelf! The patio is huge and has a large six seater table and comfortable room for 4 sun loungers. This is a perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and stare out to sea, it is also well shaded for those who do not want to be in the sun. A parking spot is also provided.
For those staying more than a week, we offer a 50% discount on all subsequent weeks. The apartment will be cleaned and you will be provided with clean linen once a week. We offer discounted rates for low season, please email for more information.
