Overview

Our house is situated in the peaceful Peyia village adjacent to Coral Bay, only 12 mins. drive from Pafos, and also only 15 mins. drive from Tsada (Minthis Hills) Golf Club. It is a newly erected Holiday Town House for Rent on a weekly basis or any terms suitable to the customer - the price being reflected in the term of rental (all weeks rented following the first week will be charged at 1/2 price). The property has all modern equipment inclg. Sky TV, DVD, Air Con. in every room, and all white goods in the Kitchen. 4 verandas are present with lovely sea, mountain and pool views. Peyia is self contained having a great supermarket, bat/tavernas, DVD shop, Banks, Takeaways, etc. + lovely recently refurbished Byzantine Church. The Property also has it's own dedicated Parking Bay in the adjacent car park. Being very close to Coral Bay, it is suited to the Beach goers, plus only a short drive from the Cultural / Heritage centre of Pafos - includes attractions such as Tomb of the Kings, the Harbour with it's Castle, and Aphrodites Rock etc... There is Pafos Water Park only a km or so from Pafos centre. Pafos Harbour is a must for Weddings where guests are moved by the beautiful Sunsets. Peyia Village itself is also a highly sort-after location for weddings.

Also, for Golfers - Tsada (Minthis Hills) Golf Course is only 15 mins. away, and Secret Valley Golf Club & Aphrodite Hills Golf Club are only 25 mins drive.

Location & area

10 mins. drive north of Pafos, turn right at the Cross -roads directing Coral Bay to the Left and Peyia to the Right. Continue up the hill and head for Peyia Village. on nearing the village centre and just after the Police Station on your Left, Take a Left turn at the junction on the sharp right hand bend, going back down the hill. After approx. 200m take the next Left turn and after approx. 300m the property is situated at Peyia Paradise (by Hadjidemosthenous Developers) and is Unit MC1. Any of the Locals (a lot being English) will be able to direct you. It is only approx. 1/2km from Peyia village centre.
