Overview

This apartment is located inside the gated complex of Peyia Gardens. It sleeps six guests comfortably and is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the centre of the very pretty and popular village of Peyia. Air conditioned throughout the apartment has been furnished to a very high standard in a comfortable style. The fully fitted well equipped kitchen has all you require from a self-catering apartment. Both bedrooms and the lounge lead out on to the large spacious veranda which has low seating, for relaxing and enjoying a cool drink in the afternoon, sun loungers for soaking up the warm Cyprus sun, or sit at the dinning table tasting some of the delicious Cypriot cuisine, whilst taking in the views to the sea.
This is a non-smoking apartment however you are permitted to smoke outside on the balcony.

Location & area

LOCATION-This wonderful apartment has an ideal location being only a 7 to 10 minute walk from Peyia, a traditional village nestling in the hillside overlooking Coral Bay, where you'll find local banks, tavernas, bars, bakery, pharmacy, butchers, fishmongers and supermarkets. The location is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing self catering holiday in the sun close to village amenities
BEACH-The sandy beach at Coral Bay is approx 3km away and offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
TRANSPORT-Having a car enables guests to discover all that this breathtaking area has to offer. The road through Peyia leads over the mountain to the small coastal villages of Polis and Latchi. Here you can sample some wonderful fresh fish locally caught. Take a stroll along the sea front or swim in the clear blue waters. Don't forget to watch out for the turtles that return every year to lay their eggs on this stretch of coast line.
SHOPS- including supermarket, butchers, fish mongers approx 500m.
GOLF-There are 3 golf courses within a 30 min drive of the apartment. Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
SKIING-During the months of January and February it is possible to ski in the morning at Troods mountain range and be back on the beach in the afternoon to water ski.
ACTIVITIES-Water sports, ship wreck diving, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, historic ancient ruins, museums, wineries, water park, bird and animal park or relax by the pool with a good book.
AIRPORTS- Pafos 20km and Larnaca 115km
FERRY PORT- Limassol 65km

BOOKING and PAYMENT
Payment can be made either by bank transfer or PayPal.
When arrial date is 3 months or less full pament is required. If the booking is more than 3 months away a deposit of €100 or 25% (whichever is the higher) is required to secure the booking. The final balance is then payable on or before 3 month prior to arrival.
A refundable security bond of €200 Euros is payable with the final balance and returned providing the apartment has been left in the same condition as at the begining of the stay.
