Overview

Luxury penthouse apartment with stunning sea and mountain views, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Close to Peyia Village Centre, 8 minutes drive from Coral Bay blue flag beaches. Accommodation is on two floors in a unique villa style property. Sleeps 6 in 2 main bedrooms and upstairs loft room. Spacious open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, furnished balcony, hallway to 2 double bedrooms with sea views and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Spiral staircase leads to a private roof garden for sunbathing, BBQs, and alfresco dining, off which there is a spacious loft room (sleeps 2). The kitchen overlooks a private garden. Large (10mx5m) pool shared with only 3 other apartments has spacious sunbathing and planted areas and 2 changing rooms with wc/shower facilities. Within easy reach are the Akamas National Park; Paphos with its lovely fishing harbour, tourist amenities and historical sites; the Troodos mountains (for exploring and winter skiing) and 3 superb golf courses.

Location & area

The whole of Paphos is a World Heritage Site with many places of historical/archeological interest eg Lusignan Fort in the harbour & adjacent Odeon (regular concerts held), the roman mosaics, the catacombs, the Tombs of the Kings etc. Boat trips are available in the harbour, which is lined with restaurants and tavernas.

Watersports are available in Paphos, Coral Bay & other beach resorts in the area. Other local activities include hiking (in the Akamas and Troodos), golf, fishing, cycling, jeep safaris, quadbikes, go-carting (Coral Bay) water parks, aquarium, museums (Paphos) and organised tours. There are many wonderful places to visit including Aphrodites birthplace, the Baths of Aphrodite with its fountain of Love, the beautiful churches and the monasteries of Chrysorrogiatissa, Agios Neofytos and Kikkos, the delightful fishing harbours at Agios Georgios and Latchi, and the pretty villages in the Troodos Mountains.
