Overview

The apartment has both North and South facing views with two verandas over viewing the complex, so you can always see your friends and family. It has scenic views of the surrounding mountains and a rear aspect view over a ravine to view the beautiful Coral Bay coastline. Central location & 15 minute walk to village centre.

The apartment contains a book of places of interest, family entertainment, music and painting lessons, winery and vineyard trips as well as walking and cycling routes, so that you can decide what to do with your time without having to leave the apartment.

The communal facilities include: a large swimming pool, medium pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi's, poolside bar, changing rooms, WC's and showers, sauna, gym and games room with landscaped gardens. A bus runs frequently to the beach and the local shops at Coral Bay. The apartment has a private parking space and additional visitor parking bays.

How to get to the Andriana Exclusive Resort
From Paphos airport, drive to Paphos town centre and follow the signs to Pegeia & Coral Bay. You will arrive at a junction with the Begonia Garden Centre & the Roman Hotel, follow the coast road to Coral Bay and Pegeia, after 10 minutes you will drive within metres of the shoreline and arrive at a junction that is left to Coral Bay and right to Pegeia, turn right and follow the road until you reach the Alpha Bank & Spiro supermarket, turn right and drive past the football stadium and turn left at the end of the road, follow the road until it ends and bear right. You have arrived!

Amenities & services

Meet & Greet Service + Airport Collection & Return This is a collection service from the airport to the complex and is carried out by the appointed management company. You walk out of the arrivals area, call the number provided and they will be there within a few minutes to collect you. You will be informed of how to operate the key safe and various appliances, too learn about the complex and useful local information. The cost of this service is £60. If you only require transport one way the cost would be £35. (These costs are based on 4 persons)
This is cheaper than a taxi and car hire, so I highly recommend this personal service. (Taxi - one way = £40-£45)



Car Hire - I have appointed two local car hire firms that provide competitive prices (not tourist rates). It is cheaper to book in advance by email then to wait until you arrive to hire a car. If you are staying for one week I would suggest the meet and greet service and then hire a car for 2-3 days to explore the area during your stay. The car can be delivered and collected from the apartment. Prices range from £20-£60 per day depending on vehicle type. The hire car can be collected from the departures area of the airport if you pre-arrange this when booking
Additional Cleaning If you require additional cleaning or linen this can be arranged by the appointed management company. Linen, Towels and Beach Towels are included in the rental price. Prices on request for additional cleaning or linen.
