Overview

LuxuriousCoral BayLuxuryAndriana The luxurious fully airconditioned apartment has a commanding position, overlooking the two pools and outside Jacuzzi. The second bedroom and kitchen have sea views of Coral Bay, which can also be seen from the pool area. Also exclusive to residents, is a sauna, indoor Jacuzzi/spa bath, and gym (with running machine, cross trainer and bench weights).

The apartment has high quality furnishings including leather sofas, 32'' flat screen tv with satelite tv (20 english channels inc films and childrens tv), DVD player (DVDs in apartment), there is also a music system for CD/MP3 and iPod. For your added security we have added a laptop safe - which is big enough to also hold your valuables. For young families we have provided an AVENT bottle sterilier and potty. Cots/highchairs and pushchairs are available for hire.

The main bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has two singles, which can clip together to make a double bed, in the lounge there are leather sofas, a 2 seater and 3 seater (which converts to 5 ft bed). There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The kitchen has separate tap with filtered drinking water, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, fridge/freezer, fan assisted oven and ceramic hob and micro wave. The bathroom has a bath and power shower. Outside on the balcony, there is a patio table and chairs and sun loungers for you to enjoy. We are on the first floor and are based on the right hand side of the lower pool, and overlook the two pools and all communial facilities.


The apartment is 10 minutes from Peyia village, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, takeaways, supermarks and banks. You are 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay resort, which has lots of bars, restaurants and the beach is the most popular on the Island. Pafos and its nightlife, harbour are 15 mins away. You are also near the Water Park, Go-Karking, Archaeological sites, and many more attractions. All details are in the apartment - where you can book to go on daily excursions from Coral Bay. Lots for children to do, teenagers and couples.

For your added safety the apartment also has a smoke detector, fire blanket, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
