Our house is situated in Peyia near to Coral Bay and Paphos.Coral Bay is an easy 30 mins drive from Paphos Int'l airport. Less than 5 mins drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches and bustling town at Coral Bay, and is within walking distance of the village centre of Peyia, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and other useful amenities.The newly furnished accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/diner, a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, 2 large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a modern clean family bathroom with shower over bath and separate wc. washroom.
It benefits from air conditioning throughout, a pressurised water system, and is fully serviced with electrical items such as TV, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron etc. To the front of the property (south facing) is a large terrace on the ground floor and a small balcony off the main bedroom at first floor. These benefit from all-day sunshine and views over the large pool area and out to sea. To the rear is free private parking.

Bedroom 2 (rear) has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning. Both have a mirror and UK 3 pin power points.Fully fitted, tiled family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, washbasin and wc. There is a mirror, towel rail, storage, and a shaving point. Pressurised water is heated using solar energy however there is a back-up electric water heater.The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker and hob, a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils necessary. There is also a new washing machine. All you will need for snacks or full meals.



The fully furnished, air-conditioned living room has 2 modern sofas, coffee tables, and a large TV. It benefits from large patio doors looking out over the furnished terrace to the pool and sea views.The adjacent dining area has a large table and 4 chairs suitable for family meals.Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and the house is cleaned and set up prior to each arrival. Further cleaning and linens are available on request for which we would make a small extra charge.
